Lauren is a genius!!! She completely understood my vision and had such an incredible attention to detail throughout the hair cut, like she did such a beautiful job i could cry. Literally the best hair cut I've ever gotten in my life!!!
Always love my trips to SW to see Angie. She listens so well to how I want it cut and does the best job dealing with my thick hair to give it a refresh and give me a cut that will look good even with my minimal styling effort at home! Lucey is the best ever! After seeing her work on IG I knew she was the ’hair witch’ for me.’ She totally got my transformation brief and personal style and has made me love my hair again! I visited the salon today for a fringe trim, i had Lucey who was lovely! She spent the time to show me how my hair would suit my face and showed me how to style it. She knew exactly what i wanted and my hair is perfect. She was very friendly and welcoming
Very upset I showed the style I wanted The cut is nothing like it Washing my hair was cold, then too hot & then unpleasant The hair dresser was too fast and manic She scratched me on my forehead with her false nails She scratched me on my neck with the end of the scissors (see pic) Another hairdresser asked was I happy, I said no its not what I wanted I felt too scared to complain in case I lost an eye The cool cut is the one I wanted The others are my reality This is the reason I cut my own hair because some hairdressers convince you they can do a style they clearly cannot £78 plus £10 carpark TO ADD TO YOUR RESPONSE No explanation of AI was given I was told by Flow that Carly could absolutely do this haircut which is why I booked her. Carly also told me she could do it. I am attaching more pictures of my hair before I went in. My fringe and hair were long. Carly cut my fringe short. Are you trying to tell me that she could not copy the length of the so called AI photo because its AI. Can you not see the length of the spikes of the fringe in the model and then see the awful short heavy fringe I have been given?? I have just found all the other sad reviews of other people being so upset. Please just reimburse my money. I have to go to a stylist to rectify my hair in a few weeks after it grows back having it cut so short. Please read the other reviews to care about peoples hair and the way they are treated. Who wants a rush job with no care and false claims. Then instead of a sincere apology and rectifying your staff AI is blamed. There are Positive Reviews on this site but I have copied the Negative Reviews as it was my experience and if I had a Salon I would be mortified at these reviews and I would make a serious effort to retrain or change staff asap To be scratched by nails and scissors and have your hair cut at speed not even allowing you to drink your coffee, not that you would want it with bits or hair and spray in it. Why did I pay?, just one of those people that finds it hard to see the truth like the Emperor in The Emperor's New Clothes. Suddenly you realise it's awful. Very pleased with my new do, Simon did exactly what i wanted. Friendly environment, lovely shampoo experience. Enjoyed the smells of the products.
I knew (or I thought ) there would not be much that could be done with my hair as it was at growing back awkward stage… I also knew that if anyone could save it Simon could . This man is unbelievable, the first time I’ve truly felt like a super model leaning a salon . The cut and ease of style is bloody fantastic. He’s a genius and an absolute pleasure to be in his company . The salon , products and results know no bounds . Hugely grateful I found them . Thank you so much Caroline! I felt safe in your expert hands and I trusted your advice. I went for a completely new style which is a big jump for me. Very happy with the result. The salon is very welcoming and relaxed too. I’m looking forward to coming in again in the future.
I absolutely love my haircut! Ellie did an amazing job and it’s exactly what I envisaged. I’ve never cut my hair so short before so I was a little nervous, but Ellie listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and talked everything through with me to reassure me. The salon also had a great vibe - I came because of the Google reviews, and wasn’t disappointed. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits and I really liked the touch of offering people a drink with a little menu! An all around great experience :]
I had a really lovely experience with Caroline, she was very kind and understanding. She was incredibly professional and listened to everything I said and what I wanted. My haircut turned out exactly as I wanted! Great attention to detail. I will definitely be booking again!
