I had a wonderful first experience at Maud Salon. I often find hairdressers a bit of an overwhelming experience, with people and noise everywhere. Maud’s is very peaceful and calm, and AJ was extremely welcoming. I wanted quite a drastic change from long hair to short, and he listened and advised, and I felt in very safe hands. I am delighted with my new cut, and will be returning.

He made me fall in love with my hair again which hasn’t happened in years, he listened to how I felt and my confusion over how I manage my type of hair and he gave me advice and his curly cut was amazing! AJ is literally the best stylist. I genuinely used to hate having my hair done and would always leave the hairdressers and go home and style it myself. I thought that was just me. But then i went to AJ. His styling is just beautiful. His cuts are incredible. I can wash my hair and go to bed without styling it and it looks incredible the next morning because his cuts are so wearable. This completely suits my lifestyle as I’m a busy mum and fitness instructor. He just totally gets his clients wants and needs and always listens. I can not recommend him highly enough. The products he uses are gorgeous and eco friendly too! He thinks of everything. His salon is small and private, it’s relaxing and cool. It’s just perfect. Go to AJ at Maud Salon you won’t regret it!
