Lovely, relaxed experience at The Point - all of the hairdressers make you feel very at ease. Esther was very attentive and gave lots of advice for a new hair cut
Freya was absolutely amazing. I’m always really nervous going to the hairdresser because it never turns out how I want, but she truly listened and got everything perfectly right. And Faye is the best at head massages. Such a warm, lovely experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much again.
Love this hairdressers, have been a customer for many years. I always feel listened to and get exactly what I want. No wonder The Point have had such longevity in the Brighton, they have spawned many other salons from previous staff members but The Point is the original and remains consistently great. Highly recommend. ❤️
Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. At no point during the appointment was I asked how I liked the cut, and as soon as my hair was dried it was curled immediately. Once the curls dropped, I could see how uneven and poorly blended the layers were. In hindsight, I now understand why several staff members were looking over The cut is so choppy that I’ve had to keep my hair tied up because it looks too messy worn down. They did offer to fix it, which I appreciate, but it’s a shame it went so wrong the first time, especially for a first visit.
Genuinely my best salon experience ever! Ian you were incredibly welcoming, and very gracious in taking extra time with my hair for a restyle when I’d only booked in for a cut. A true professional and lovely conversationalist. Will absolutely be coming back!
Very happy with my balayage and haircut by Esther. She was lovely, asked lots of questions & even talked me through the toners by showing me example colours before she used them. I would 100% recommend Esther to anyone. The girls in the salon are all super lovely which makes for a really pleasant visit. I will be back - thank you!!
I had a very positive experience, Martina took time to listen to my concerns and ideas and suggested the best cut for my hair. Everything felt thorough and well done and I left feeling more confident with my hair. Definitely worth the price for the whole experience and will definitely be going back for future hair cuts! Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming and it was an overall nice atmosphere.

Great cut and style by Maddie, I felt very comfortable and pampered. Will happily return and trust her with my hair again. Also the head massage was the best one I've ever had!
Martina is amazing!! I have left a new woman. The layers are awesome & I love how much it frames my face (exactly what I asked for). Martina is super friendly & helpful and she gives an amazing head massage. Loved it, can’t thank her enough and will be back!! X
