   I needed windscreen wipers urgently due to heavy rainfall. Staff helped me select the correct ones for my car from a huge variety on display. The manager even fitted them for me himself because all his staff members were busy dealing with other customers at the time. Top service as far as I'm concerned.

   I came to the store Tuesday to buy some oil for my car. I was waiting in the queue for around 15 minutes while a member was dealing with a customer in front of me. I wasn’t acknowledged, there were other members walking around ignoring the build up of the queue also. Customer service was awful. Ignorant and arrogant. Me and a few other customers ended up walking out without the items we needed. Definitely needs to be recognised and rectified

   Terrible service!! ordered a radio told to come in to see what leads are needed to be told they can't fit it in my vehicle took a day off so lost money they should know after me giving my reg plate . Also I was dealing with a man and a woman kept chirping in very rude I would never use them ever !!!!!!!!

   Absolutely amazing staff and customer service from Tim (the good looking one) and Rhodri who really went above and beyond. What should have been a routine bulb change turned into a two hour mission of trying to get the bonnet of my car open due to a broken lock. At any point they could have gave up and sent me to a garage. After constant apologies from myself both Tim and Rhodri made me feel that apologies were not needed and nothing was a problem. Both amazing staff and even stated to go back if I had any other issues but I'm sure they would run in the opposite direction. Definitely a big credit to the store I can't thank them enough xx

   What a fantastic service. I attended here to get new bulbs fitted in my car. The lady on the desk was informative and guided me to the right bulbs with best suitability for my needs. They advised me to join the car club free of charge that meant I got £5 off my bill. The gentleman named Gary fitted my bulbs with no issues, it took all of 5 minutes and was friendly and assuring. I really appreciate the service provided by the staff at this store.Thank you
