    Fantastic experience. Walked in today in the hope that I could get a cut. Was so lucky that Alex had an opening within 5 minutes. Just so happy - I wear a Pixie cut and not everyone is good at those but I had a good feel looking into the salon and seeing the people. Talking to him pre-service I had a sense of confidence that I was in good hands. He did not disappoint. Fabulous cut - so happy. When I'm back here next year I shall book with Alex without any hesitation. And the latte was good too !!!!

    I called to initially make an appointment and a deposit of £28 was taken, which I agreed too. I've unfortunately had to cancel today because I've got an awful cold and felt too dizzy to drive. I called and left a message early this morning and have been charged further £22?? No one mentioned anything about this to me when I made the booking on the phone and I can't see anything in the booking emails either? You need to make this clearer! I've been before and had a very good experience, so this was very disappointing. I've been charged £50 for not feeling well. The £28 I agreed too when making the booking, the additional £22 came out of nowhere! You really need to let your customers know when booking on the phone that you're charging such crazy amounts. Yesterday I thought I'd be fine and it was a mild cold and today I'm feeling awful and if anything I've saved your staff from getting sick... I've been charged £50 for it! Happy Christmas

    Extremely disappointed with the results. Took my daughter there for a hair cut and blow dry today (expensive to say the least). The stylist seems to be an apprentice, she was in fact receiving training at the back of the shop before seeing my daughter.  Don't get me wrong, lovely kind girl and we've all been there! However, how is it possible that she is left completely on her own to work on a customer? A full Paying customer! She tried to convince my daughter not to have the fringe she went there for. In the end I intervened and asked her to do what my daughter wanted, and it transpired she did not know how to do it. My daughter is in tears because it looks like she did it herself! Second and last time! Terrible experience.

    Booked months in advance to have my hair done before my Christmas party. They cancelled the appointment the day before - they called only ONCE (the day before (and left a voicemail when they could not reach me to cancel) I didn’t receive this voicemail as I was in hospital. I had taken the afternoon off work for this hair appointment. They did not attempt to call again or email to ensure I had received the message. I came into the salon and the lady repeated “we are short staffed” as the excuse as to why they did not attempt to contact me more than that one call. Nightmare, would not recommend!
