Bad place they cut half my hair too short by a lot and took me a year to grow it back super long they were rude they are jealous
Went yesterday for the first time and I have to admit, after several bad results with hair color, in different well known salons, I was terrified and skeptical. Ina did highlights and color to my hair, I was astonished with the final look and achievement. She got the results I have always wished for, but somehow never managed to get! Ina was very knowledgeable and professional, attentive and friendly. I am very impressed and satisfied with what she did and I cannot thank her enough for her work and service provided. I don’t usually write reviews, but this really deserved to be shared. Will most certainly be back there. Thank you
Definitely avoid! I booked for a dry cut, ended up having just a fringe cut - was still charged £19!!! I find the staff in there quite rude, THEY tell YOU what to have done! It’s our bloody hair!!!
Love love loved the result and the staff! Came in with outgrown roots and split dye wanting to go back to my blonde hair. Staff did an immaculate job in one session, hair is not damaged and colour is amazing!! Did take a very very long time (9ish hours) but loved the results! Recommend highly for colour correction! Thanks!
Popped in around 4months ago to book, a women looked at my hair & said £65 so I booked for the next day. There was confusion when I arrived as I hadn't been booked in, the male hairdresser disappeared for 10mins to get some tin foil then stood outside talking on his phone for another 5mins or so. The only time he spoke to me was at the start about colours & the cut. Then silence. I suffer with Panick attacks after an hour or so i started to feel one coming & asked for some water for my medication. He acted like I'd asked for Champagne & didn't ask if I was ok or needed anything else. Luckily it was only a minor & not full blown one but it was obvious I wasn't feeling very well. It ended me being charged £110 as the women day before hadn't looked at my hair properly. My hairs about 1inch above my shoulders & lost 30% of it due to illness. This made no sense. I would questioned this but I just wanted to get out & home. The days after I felt too embarrassed to pop back in & complain. My hairs about longer now but in the pic but it shows I have very little hair.
