Jamie the owner completely sorted my grown and dry ballayage I'd had done a long time ago elsewhere. I have never been to this salon before and it was so good that I will definitely be back. I have had a hair loss condition that is only just growing back and my hair was brittle, thin and dry. Jamie explained that the transluscent colour was making my hair seem finer. He conditioned my hair and coloured the balayage out witj the gentlest of treatments so my hair looked thicker and then cut it perfectly. He told me to to check the ph of my hair products. One month later my hair is still in amazing condition. Thank you so much!
I would recommend. From long hair to short bobcut, Jamie did an amazing job. I love the outcome. His hand is very gentle too and keeps me updated of what's next to happen. Plus he gave me bonus of how to keep the style and my hair healthy. Thanks Jamie and YST.
I also had an olaplex treatment which was really needed for my long hair! I love this salon and have been coming here since I was 16. Lovely cup of tea or coffee when you arrive and always discuss what you want - not at all pushy with products but give advice. P.s. dog friendly if you have dog with separation anxiety it's super useful
fab experience. Hadnt had hair done in 6 months and am usually nervous trying someone new. But the hairdresser knew exactly what I wanted done and clearly has years of experience. Offered drink on arrival, super friendly staff, very upbeat, lovely welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be a returning customer. I came to this salon when I first moved to Hove about 8 years ago and have always had a great service at a good price. Beth has always been my hairdresser, she is lovely and knows exactly what she’s doing with my cut and colour. I feel very comfortable at this salon and would recommend!
I stumbled across YST about 2 years ago when I needed a last minute appointment and I have never looked back since despite it taking me an hour to travel there! Beth is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and I always leave the salon feeling so confident and like myself again! Because I have to wear my hair up for work she always manages to make the highlights really natural at the front of my hair so that when it’s put up it’s not streaky at all! She has recommended some amazing products that’ll also help me with the upkeep of the colour as well! 10/10 would recommend, have so much faith in Beth!
