Went to have highlights done. It was supposed to be a full head of highlights plus cut. When I went home a whole section in the back has not been done and the foils were far away from my scalp. Had to get it re-done somewhere else! I will not go back.
Kind, professional wet cut to tidy up my long hair. Talked through the best length to get rid of damaged ends before washing and cutting so no surprises with the final length. Hairdresser also recommended affordable products to use. Waited approx 10-15 mins to be seen and service took approx 30mins.
You get what you pay for- went there for a trim before (lady handled my hair pretty roughly, she was pulling knots too hard and pulling my hair, also did it very fast, felt like she was rushing to get the job done- it was pretty unpleasant, but at least my haircut was ok) but this time my haircut was really uneven. I had a short haircut and a fringe cut. I have a pretty thin and straight hair so it’s very easy to cut. My fringe was cut uneven, I had to correct it myself after, before it was slightly longer on the sides so it would blend with the rest of the hair, but now it doesn’t blend at all, it’s actually shorter on the sides :( Will take me months to regrow this now. And will be going to another hairdresser to correct my haircut. Won’t come back again if they cannot even provide a basic trim
Last Friday I went for the first time to Celly’s as I needed a haircut as my hair had no shape. Thank god I ended up in Serge’s hands. He went through every step he was taking with me. Lovely service! I loved the results. I’ll be back for sure :)
My mum came to this hairdressers to get her hair cut for her 50th birthday. She explained she just wanted a few inches off her hair and this is how they have left her hair absolutely awful she’s so upset! Will have to get my mum booked into another salon to have this fixed. Waste of time and waste of money

Walked in and waited about 10 minutes to be seen. I asked for a fringe cut. I had shown a picture of the fringe, nothing too complicated just a curtain bang that’s very popular these days. The fringe looks awful, too short and doesn’t gradually join up with the rest of my hair, very blunt and uneven it is the worst cut I have ever had, truly didn’t see the extent of it until I got home. I now feel awful with my hair up. Price was £5 which is great however I wish I didn’t :(
The shop is clean, staff is nice and polite. I had no appointment and after 5 minutes or less waiting time Arnold started doing my hair. Result is fantastic! Thank you, Arnold!
Arnold did a fantastic job on my hair he listened to my ideas and consulted me on what’s best and the outcome was perfect.
