Only popped in for a consultation, but the place was lovely, I never go to the hairdresser's so can be quite daunting for people. But I found the staff very welcoming and accommodating in telling me the process of how to achieve the desired look I would like. Was very honest about pricing, rather than saying we can do that and adding on extra charges. I love an honest business so your not left feeling robbed or that you have already committed to something and paying unexpected charges. The salon was small, but cosy, very nice run team. Lois who did my consultation also got second opinion from other members that I find super refreshing as you know they are important about the work they provide and aiming for the best goals of your chosen results. I am booked in for my hair transformation on the 1st March so will update on the process and outcome.
I had my hair done here last week by Charlotte. Her warm welcome made me feel at home. Since I wasn't satisfied with my last salon experience elsewhere, she took the time to understand what I wanted done with my hair. She was very helpful and now my hair looks better than ever. The prices are reasonable as well. Would recommend. Thank you so much!
I get my eyelash infills at Charlotte Liberty, always a warm welcome, Libby makes you feel so comfortable, amazing service and i always leave my appointments very happy and very relaxed! My lashes look beautifup every single time i visit! Will never go anywhere else!

1000/10. Can not recommend enough. Liberty makes me feel amazing every time. I love my lashes so much. I also get facial waxing done, which again she is great at. Liberty is amazing at everything she does. I felt at ease on my first appointment, which can be very nerve racking, but she makes you feel so comfortable you soon stop being nervous. I have also had my hair done by Charlotte, again amazing! I’m due to go back in again soon. I had a balayage and it was perfect.
