   October 2025 - First time meeting Miriam, lovely person great consultation and loved the result. New starter Daisy gave me the best hair wash and head massage that I’ve ever had at any hair dressers and so attentive. Keep going Daisy. The only issue I had was with the booking of the appointment. Nowhere on the online booking did it give me the option of booking a curly cut and dry. 45 mins for the stylist isnt enough time and the option for other cuts should be available. I haven’t marked Miriam or Daisy down as they made my visit perfect and I’ll definitely be back. December 2025 Sienna was fantastic, she listened to what I wanted and executed my style perfectly. Special shout out to Olivia and the lady on reception whose name I didn’t get. How can one salon have so many brilliant members of staff?

   I had 2 appointments in November one for a pre wedding haircut with Rita and one for a boho hair up do for my reception.with Erin. Both were absolutely fantastic talented friendly and kind . Everyone at the salon made me feel very special relaxed and had me wanting to come back. On both occasions people were saying wow about the hair cut and style, it stayed in place right through to the end of the night. Thank you and thank you for the chat you’re fantastic.

   First of all I want to give a shout out to Daisy who was amazingly gentle when washing my hair and her head massages are grrreat! Thank you to Sienna for doing something brilliant with my very-long-overdue-a-proper-haircut barnett! She took the time and listened to what I was hoping for. A true professional! I also wanted to reflect on the ambience of the salon... it is such a feel good place to be, the vibe is positive and the staff all seem to get on harmoniously which makes you want to come back. Not short of offering their customers refreshments either. Overall a 11 out of 10 stars experience... thank you team Richard John! :-) x

   Probably the best experience I have had at a hairdressers! Feeling a little low with my health and a little anxious about having my hair cut, it wasn't long before my mood and worries were lifted. At the reception I was very quickly greeted and after enquiring about colour and cut i was taken to the front of the arcade next door where it all happens! I was given a consultation by Kitty and was gratefully put at ease, she answered all my questions and gave good honest advice. I was booked in straight away with Miriam for a cut & finish. We were introduced and decided on the cut. Daisy washed my hair , heaven! A wash then after a head and shoulder massage. Miriam gave me the cut and blow dry, it was exactly how I'd wished it to look. I was so happy . With all the service, from start to finish the friendliness and attention to detail of all the staff , being made to feel welcome and relaxed. The shop itself clean with a modern design with a pleasant view. In all a wonderful first class experience and I can't wait until I am able to go again . Thank you !

   I had my hair coloured and cut by Cameron, I was going from dark to blonde. The cut is one of the best I've ever had and I am so pleased with the colour. Cameron was a lovely young lady, who explained each stage of the colouring process and was very patient with me asking so many questions. I would highly recommend Cameron and will certainly be going back. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
