Went in there this afternoon & Andrew got me in a chair right away. Really friendly and thoughtful, fast service, and a great price. Nothing not to like.
l came in the other week with my son and he wanted a specific haircut. The new guy, Andy gave him a terrible haircut and completely opposite of what I asked for, l also noticed the back of my son’s head was covered in little rashes and scratches from the machine, once we had arrived home. They also don’t accept card.
I’ve been going to Esquires now for the past 10 years. Ashley is the best barber I’ve ever had. Always so kind and helpful. Goes out of his way to accommodate you and always makes you feel so welcome. His haircuts are always on point. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I was visiting a friend in Lewes in yesterday and got a haircut here. Best haircut I've had in ages from Kevin, he's a great guy. I'm going to be coming up here more regularly but I'm seriously going to time it with getting a cut here at the same time, well worth it. Thanks, Kevin..... Lovely barber shop, went with my 6 y o - great haircut and Fab chat . Best part is it well organised walk in , no need to book but ya welcome to take ticket and instead waiting in queue, ya given approximately time of haircut so you can have a coffee or visit library nearby.
A busy yet comfortable barbers. I felt welcome and at ease. Well priced and a good cut from Kevin.
Came in for the first time on Friday and I didn't have to wait long at all for a walk in even on a busy day. They did a great job and I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic service. I walked in & was lucky enough to be met by Maria, who proceeded to give me the perfect haircut. She was so friendly, we had a great conversation (the topic wasn't fun, but she made it easy) & while I can't comment on their other barbers/stylists (I can't imagine they're no good!), I would recommend Esquires without reservation.
