   My appt was at 9:00am I was greeted taken to my chair offered drink coffee very pleasant. Jess was my stylist very friendly understood exactly how I wanted hair cut and discussed color options very professional felt confident with Jess. Very pleased with hair cut and I have booked Jess for hi-lites and color . Patch test was done before I left. Excellent service all round.

   Thank you Jess for the wonderful care you took with my hair. Jess was so friendly and helpful. She took time to find out about how I cared for my hair and advised me on products I should use. I had the Brazilian blow dry and Jess talked me through every step and how it worked on my hair. Can’t recommend the salon enough. Definitely will go back.

   I honestly can not rate this salon enough! I have been deliberating about having a new style for a very long time and finally plucked up the courage to go for it. After looking at general reviews on line for the BEST salon I decided this was the salon for me and how glad I am! I chose Shaun for my restyle, he was attentive, sensitive and completely honest with my ideas. Due to a health condition unfortunately my hair is very fine and when having a flare, thins out considerably. My hair doesn’t grow quickly so the decision to have it cut into an inverted bob was huge for me. He was so wonderful and put me at ease immediately. I felt completely comfortable and confident in his hands. What then proceeded was a complete miracle! He took so much time on making it absolutely perfect. He went on to clearly explain what had been done and potential future improvements which I am totally looking forward too. There are literally no words for me to express what a transformation he made and how happy and grateful I am! I was practically skipping out after it was finished! Thank you Shaun and your great team....I will never go anywhere else other than here I guarantee it!

   I have been going to this hairdressers over the past few years. I am always so happy with the service provided. Always super friendly and informative. Always make you feel part of the process of your hair cut to ensure you are happy with anything the stylist suggests. I always walk out absolutely loving my hair cut and style.

   Lovely staff. Really pleased with the cut however I’m so disappointed with the colour :( I went in with an outgrown ombré/balayage so my hair was half blonde and half brown (natural colour) I asked to go purple and I showed a photo of a really vibrant bright purple which I was told they can’t do it exactly but can do something similar just not as bright. I was happy with this as my goal was to just get purple hair, not bothered about the shade. I was expecting something relatively similar to the photo, or, to be honest, just anything purple. However, after paying £120 I’m really dissapointed and upset. It’s dull, barely visible and looks like a faded box dye. I went back today to talk to someone about it and they assured me it’s because they used toner instead of dye and it will eventually fade out to a lighter purple but I’m just unhappy with it in general. Staff are really lovely and helpful though and the cut is lovely. *update* I went back to the salon today after complaint and Jess explained to me that they used a toner on my blonde hair to get rid of unwanted tones and deposit purple. They then washed my hair with colour clarifying shampoo to “brighten it” however after getting home and looking at my hair it just looks a really dull brown, literally no purple to be seen. They also told me today (after already spending £120) that to go purple it would take multiple sessions, I wish I was told this before doing my hair as I wouldn’t have bothered I’m really upset and dissapointed.
