Absolutely amazing nail salon! These were my birthday nails I got done by Claudia and the service was amazing! She was very nice and she was being with precise when shaping my nails and painting french tips and the salon is clean and hygienic and I recommend going to this salon to do nail extensions which uses poly gel and these nails held for a month and used best quality products to keep my nails healthy!

(Recommended this salon by my colleague who always gets really fun and detailed nail art) I’ve been here for 3 sets now. Judith and Claudia have both done my nails. Ive had both nail art and more simple designs, both have been perfect, exactly as I asked for! When I first switches to this salon, my nails were in a bit of a crisis and I didn’t think I’d be able to continue getting my monthly sets for a while, however Claudia restored the nail bed, and now they’re returning to better condition! They really take their time here and actually care about the health of your nail. Very experienced nail techs, highly recommend!!

I am really not happy with my experience today. Me and my friend asked how much a pedicure was, they told us Β£35, so we said yes please we’ll go for that. We didn’t get told we were choosing from gel colours, and once the UV light process was happening she said it will be an extra Β£10. When I argued that we didn’t ask for gels and agreed on the Β£35 service she gaslit us and told us we made the decision to have gels. Please be more clear with your communication before agreeing on the service you’re providing. Me and my friend won’t be coming back.

I had a deluxe pedicure with Isabella, they were nice from the moment I came in, asked me if I wanted something to drink and took me to my chair. I enjoyed the pedicure, she soaked my feet, fixed my cuticles, removed the dead skin, exfoliated my feet, gave me a small massage whilst applying cream and had a hot towel over my feet after covering them in film. I didn't have time for the normal polish to dry so I paid Β£10 extra for gel instead. The service was amazing, I've been here before to do acrylics, and they were nice as well and I was just as satisfied with the end result.

I phoned up to make a special appointment for me and my friend as a birthday present, i wanted a relaxing experience and was expecting the two seats with baths seen in the google photos. I checked that it would be those seats and paid in advance. When we arrived we were sitting in the window with our legs up on the girls laps, it was so uncomfortable! I was shaking from holding my legs up in the air for nearly an hour. The girls were really nice and chatted with us but when i left she had cut my foot quite badly. I also noticed that the polish wasn't covering all my toenails, only the middle of the nail. When i tried to make a complaint and asked for some money back, in a very understanding way, i was just told they don't give refunds but i could get a discount next time, so i asked how much discount and i have never heard from them again. Really disappointed and it wasn't cheap.

I love coming here for nails and beauty treatments. Mei was so patient and helpful in creating the look I wanted for my nails and the whole team work together so that you are always looked after. I love it here!

Awful, as the other reviews have stated the staff are very bad at resolving issues, admitting any responsibility, and the nails do not last long. If you are considering going here, I would not recommend it at all. Pictures show tips not stuck on properly causing them to lift and come off, unfortunately rather than resolving this the staff prefer to put blame onto the clients. I initially had a positive experience with a staff member removing my previous nails, so I left a positive review months back, however when I went back to get extensions the lady did not seem confident or happy with her work, some were very bumpy due to the glitter not being covered with top coat properly but I did not complain as I am not a fussy or negative person and she seemed nice, although she did make some comments about my fingers being slightly bent and even showed her colleague which was a little embarrassing. For an expensive Β£44 and almost 2 hours I wasn't that happy when one of the nail extensions came off after a week and 6 days, but again I let it go as I was waiting for 2 weeks to get the infills (which is advised on their website) but at the 2 week mark another came off and the rest felt close to pinging off so I went in and explained what had happened nicely but instead the staff blamed me. They only offered to repair the two absent extensions as a 'good will gesture' but I explained that the others were just going to come off shortly anyway, so putting two new ones on is pointless if the rest fall off tomorrow. They then offered to charge me Β£15 to take the rest of the nails off (which apparently is the price after a discount), no refund and not even an infill discount (in an attempt to make them more secure). I felt that they should take them all off free of charge as they had clearly not been put on properly but the lady blamed my natural nails. However, my extensions almost always last 4 weeks - but usually I get infills at 3 weeks (at which time they are all always intact and secure) so it is not my natural nails that is the problem. They continuously said it had been three weeks which is not true, they tried to say I had picked at the nails which is not true, they also said I must just have oily nails which is not true, they also tried to blame it on my daily activities which again is ridiculous, I have spent the last couple of weeks at home writing essays, I even wear gloves when washing up and cleaning. I tried to calmly reason with them and explain I had taken good care of them and never had any problems in the past but they continued to blame me and not listen or help. When she continuously stated I must have picked at my nails I took one off in front of her to demonstrate how easy it is and how they are literally falling apart, but she continued to be unhelpful. I am actually qualified in beauty therapy so I am able to know what is an unacceptable service. I am not normally one to complain but when I actually have to tell someone to stop confronting and blaming the client, that is unacceptable. If you want somewhere that will give you a good, friendly service for a good price, do not go here.
