   The prices are abit confusing to be honest says £30 for acrylics so I only took £30 with me and didn’t have no more cash on me then they said it’s £35? And didn’t say why think it needs to be more clear!

   My 2 daughters and me arrived and the service was very good the staff were friendly and polite we was quoted a price online and they said it was more but charged the price we was quoted. A great service for the price I recommend Heaven nails. We will be going back again..

   I am very angry, I got told to turn up by 12pm today, arrived and place was full of fumes with NO ventilation and everybody was sweating, nothing was done about this. Then I showed the man what I wanted which was a pair of lips on two nails and rose gold glitter coffin tips. The shop was packed and we was there for 3.5hrs and 98% of the customers were complaining because the staff would do half of a customers nails and go to a new customer and come back, and the majority of us had children to collect from school. The lack of understanding from one man is awful, he kept ignoring my requests and I was told it would be £27 yet they charged me £43 just because I had two lips on two nails, they were not lips they look absolutely awful especially considering I paid £43 just for nails. I would never ever recommend them. The man also done them too long so now they’re hurting and look ridiculous. Waste of money and 3.5hrs. I really wanted to feel good but they’ve made me feel worse
