   I honestly cannot rate this place highly enough; it is easily the best spa in Eastbourne. I booked the 90-minute full body, face, and scalp massage, and it was hands down the best massage I have ever experienced. The staff are professional, caring, and make you feel welcome immediately. ​The experience starts in a beautiful relaxation room where you can enjoy a beverage in your robe and slippers—the perfect way to chill before your treatment. Kim was incredible; she took the time to check for any areas to avoid and let me choose my own body oils, explaining the benefits of the oil. A truly lovely experience from start to finish. Thank you!

   Everyone should have the Treatment of Distinction. I’ve enjoyed this signature treatment a few times, with different beauticians, and each time has been incredible. The treatment includes back massage, feet, arms, facial that will transport you to another world & head massage. Jasmine’s is spa standard, they pamper you with robe, slippers, relaxation room, cleansing teas & Botanicals skincare. I don’t get to come here as often as I’d like, but every time I do, it’s a luxurious and gorgeous experience. I’ve also had their waxing service & treatments - they are incredibly gentle & caring.    After great difficulty got an appointment as this place is always booked. Went for a wax and facial. What i was greeted with was an exceptional spa like experience with a relaxation room, hot drinks, pleasant atmosphere and a great treatment. I was looked after by Laura who was not only an amazing conversationalist but also very experienced and good at her job. I am definitely coming back. Only regret is why didn’t i find this place out earlier. PS: I recommend booking in advance

   Jasmine's was recommended to me as I was looking for a salon for waxing after having a horrible experience at another salon (left bruised and having to shave in places!). Susan did a marvelous, pain-free job which really impressed me (especially for a bikini and full leg wax). I've found my new beauty salon!

   Took granddaughter to have her ears pierced and the staff were brilliant. Firstly they have 2 technicians so both ears done at same time. My granddaughter had a scary moment so they left her with her daddy to settle her. They did the piercing and it all all very quick. All hygiene measures were taken with gloves equipment etc. All highly professional and granddaughter lives her earrings.

   My first visit here was for waxing and I was made to feel welcome, comfortable, and the wax specialist was professional and quick! Everything I would like with a wax service! I returned to have a facial and wow this was the most relaxed, rejuvenating facial I’ve ever experienced, I chilled in the relaxation room before and after too and given some mini product to take home for after care too! Lara was the wonderwoman who treated me and I returned to her a couple of days later for ear piercing which again- was professional, quick and she explained everything thoroughly before and after the treatment. Jasmines is an amazing beauty salon where I would feel comfortable using for any treatment! Thank you and see you all soon!
