   We’ve ordered a few times now and we enjoy the food itself.. except for my husband, we always order 3 (his, mine and our son) but we only get given 2 garlic and 2 spicy sauce which is cheeky cause they used to give 3 Complimentary sauces before. My husband ended up not enjoying his food as much cause the lack of sauce (it’s dry without any). I understand they start selling the sauces but that’s meant to be if you want EXTRA.

   I recently had the pleasure of dealing with GDK, and I must say the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service provided by Nimra, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, Nimra greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. She was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to what I needed and ensuring that every detail was handled efficiently. What really stood out was her commitment to customer satisfaction. She handled everything smoothly and made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a pleasant and approachable personality. The service at GDK was quick, organized, and of very high quality. The environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, reflecting the company’s dedication to excellence. Nimra also made sure to check in and confirm that everything met my expectations — and it certainly did! Overall, I’m extremely impressed with both GDK’s standards and Nimra’s exceptional service. She truly embodies what great customer care should look like — friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring about the customer’s experience. I would definitely recommend GDK to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service, and I sincerely hope Nimra gets the recognition she deserves for her fantastic work.    I used to rate GDK — portions were solid, left you feeling satisfied. Now it’s like they’ve cut corners. You can tell straight away — the food was sliding around in the box when it used to fit snug. Way less meat, barely any veg, and the flavour just isn’t hitting like before. That new spicy ketchup? Not it. Sauces are still decent though. Chips came out harder than expected. You were an easy 8 before — now it’s more like a 4.5.

   The food, atmosphere, and service here are really good – my family enjoyed it a lot. But I want to mention something important. I don’t want to point her name, but if you see the other comments you will know. She was asking customers for their phones and pushing for 5-star reviews even before serving food. Reviews should come naturally, not by pressure. If you check the CCTV, you can see this happening, and the comments also look very similar. Everyone likes to come here, but this kind of practice may make people avoid the shop – sorry to say this. I really like this shop and will definitely visit again, but please avoid this practice. Honest reviews will always come if you continue the good work.

   The food was good(hot and not overcooked) and so was the ambience. The portion sizes for the price were good too! The staff, especially, a lady named Iqra(although she demanded a review then and there xD), was very welcoming and friendly and provided great customer service!

   This is one of the average food place to visit. They have a variety of burgers and good other options for meals. German Donar Kebab used to be very enjoyable, but the experience and food at this outlet was not very good. Fries were good, but burgers were average in taste. The atmosphere was good and the rush was also there. First of all we were greeted with a long queue and only 2 boys were serving. One of them then decided to go and empty the bins. Not very fast for a fast food joint. Tables were not cleaned also, I have to ask them to clean it. I will not much recommend this place as price is also high and they are not serving that much quality.

   After ordering through Deliveroo on 30.01.23, the food took approximately 1.5hrs to arrive. This is not a problem, as this is a very popular restaurant and can get busy. Everything arrived absolutely freezing cold, and the cheesy chips had next to no cheese on at all. Upon calling the restaurant, we were told "it's cold outside, that's why your food is cold". I was also informed that this cannot be helped and was told not to order a delivery again, and come to pick up directly from the restaurant instead. To try to amend for the overpriced cheesy chips, I was told to drive to the restaurant to pick up a replacement, which defeats the purpose of ordering a delivery anyway. Very disappointed

   Not worth the money. Large is a small meal. Got a large Donner Burger for £10.19 and it wasn't worth it sadly, a nice quick bite but I paid extra for what they didn't mention but extra meat only no extra chips. It didn't seem like it at all, seemed like a 7.99 meal (small/standard) and a small handful of chips and standard can. Not worth it but if you want a quick small bite during lunch, then it's good.

   Good food but the meat is a bit greasy. I feel like the London branches to use learner meat. Also, the vibe inside was not very welcoming - the aircon fan was set to too high and also the tables seemed very sporadically placed around.

   First time trying German Doner Kebab, we had heard a lot of good things about it, but sometimes places dont live up to the hype. This place does live up to its expectations . Amazing food,good quality and fresh ingredients massive portions, good prices, good atmosphere and fast service. Really good experience i can see why everyone likes it. 100% recommend.
