   We had our Christmas dinner at Browns with colleagues, and it was a genuinely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere felt perfect without being over the top and ideal for a group celebration. The food was beautifully presented. Service really stood out. Adriano looked after us throughout the evening with professionalism, warmth, and a great sense of timing, attentive without ever being intrusive. Paul also checked in on us several times, making sure everything was running smoothly and that we had everything we needed. That extra level of care made a big difference, especially for a larger group. We’d happily return.

   Excellent Service at Browns! We had such a lovely experience at Browns. Our waitress, Laura, was absolutely wonderful friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The manager, Paul, was also so lovely and welcoming, checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Their warmth and professionalism really made the visit special. Highly recommend!

   Visited Browns in Milton Keynes for my birthday again in September. We both ordered the steak, which was a little underwhelming this time, but the team more than made up for it with their usual great service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made the evening feel special despite the food not quite hitting the mark. Always a lovely spot for a celebration, and we’ll definitely be back. We visited on a Monday evening for birthday dinner in 2024 we had the lobster surf and turf which after a bit of a wait considering it was a Monday night and the restaurant was not exactly packed, came out really salty…so birthday ruined????…..In comes Ivana our server with her collegue (didn’t get his name) to save the day! We mentioned this to Ivana and she immediately had the steaks redone…while we carried on with our lobsters ..which were fantastic btw. We were given desserts and a birthday platter on the house, for our troubles:). 10/10 for service!!. Steaks were nice too in the end. For dessert we had the crème brûlée and brownie both of which were really good!

   Second week in row we went on a Sunday for brunch. The service from Sean was really top notch as was the food. Having someone playing the piano in the background just added to the ambiance elevating the mood. Would highly recommend. Prices may look marked up, but the quality and portions are great. Would highly recommend!

   Came here for a work lunch with colleagues. Very nicely decorated, interesting yet calm. Well hosted by the staff with service very on top of it. Enjoyed the teriyaki skewers as an appetiser and fish and chips as main. Fish was excellently cooked - moist and with a good bite but crispy batter. Chips cooked to perfection, nice tarter sauce.

   There was a big group of us so few issues with the starters but the staff were friendly and resolved asap, food was ok but I've had better, although I have to say the fish and chips were nice!
