   Hi, I’m very disappointed with my experience at K Nails. They should seriously reconsider offering online bookings, as this is the second time I’ve encountered issues. I even witnessed it happen to another customer during a previous visit. Tonight, I had to leave after waiting 25 minutes despite having a confirmed appointment. They continue to accept walk-ins even when bookings are scheduled, leaving clients with appointments waiting without explanation. I had called ahead to confirm the time would work, explaining I needed to leave promptly, and was assured it would be fine. But when I arrived, they had just taken in several walk-ins and told me I’d need to wait. No one communicated what was happening, and I eventually had to cancel and leave. To make matters worse, they rescheduled my appointment an hour later without my consent and then called to say I’d missed it. Additionally, you rarely get the technician you booked with as they’re often unavailable or already with another client, and you’re simply assigned whoever is free. This lack of organisation and respect for clients’ time is unacceptable. Thankfully, the nail salon across the street was able to see me immediately, treated me kindly, and had me finished in under 20 minutes.

   Bad experience. I am visiting from the US and walked in and asked for a mani/pedi. Asked for a regular mani/pedi ie NOT gel, dip or shellac. Was told to pick color and sit down. Pedi was ok but now the polish is all bubbled. Hands took ages because the tech smudged two nails and had to redo them. Sat under dryer for 20 mins. Another tech came to check and smudged 4 nails!!! Another tech came and redid those. If they don't know how to do regular polish properly they shouldn't offer it. I was there almost 3 hours!!! And I forgot to add that the tech cut my cuticle too close on my big toe and caused it to bleed! And I had to ask him to disinfect it so he then tried to blame me but then did use something to disinfect and stop the blood... As I'm sitting there someone comes in and asked if they take cards!!! It never occurred to me that I couldn't pay with a card. I was told well there is a sign!!! The sign is facing in and you don't see it at all when entering. They should tell you when you enter AND have a sign in the window saying CASH ONLY. So they said I could do a bank transfer....when I said I live in the US they said well transfer from the US!!!!!!! Fortunately I had enough cash but who carries cash these days??????? Never going back there when I visit next year.
