The way they operate is completely unhygienic tools were neither cleaned nor disinfected, and both my sister and I suffered physical reactions as a result. This kind of environment puts clients' health at serious risk and violates basic hygiene and safety regulations."
This is the second time I got my nails done by Elley & she is wonderful! She really works around the cuticles area & does an amazing job all the way through from start to finish. Super happy with my biab infill.
I love getting my nails down by the second from the door nail tech he is a young talented guy and gets my nails done right every time as I am big on having my nails shaped well and done right. They also recently got some new pedicure chairs that massages your back while having your feet down which is just perfect. Deffo recommend
So yesterday was my second time attending this “nail salon” within march 2023. First time my nail tech lady was quite forceful and rough she rushed my nails to the point some was wonky, I paid £40 for these white french tips. So I went back yesterday 22 march for the same but a different colour tip I was told it’s £30 but my nail tech guy tried to changed the price when I said I wanted a different colour powder than the original one. I then went to choose the colour I wanted for my tip. I got the shade I wanted and then was told to choose a different one as that one was too light.. but I had seen the nail polish and it had gone lumpy and gloopy!!! The guy also was than putting the powder on my nails and I asked him to add some extra as u could clearly see it wasn’t right.. and he said don’t worry about that it’s going to be smoothed out… he was extremely rude and very rough my nails are all different sizes and shapes not forgetting lumpy and uneven from him being distracted by the tv behind him or just having conversations with someone other than his client. I will not attend this “salon” again this needs some serious attention on how theses workers making money from scamming people for nails. I would rate it 0* if possible disgraceful place. Customer service skills need improved or talk to public with some decency and talk in a language we all can understand. Very off putting when you’re being talked about but you don’t understand what they are saying. Ps it’s not worth wasting money on glamour nails.
I used to go here a lot and rave about them.However, recently I have found that the quality of the nails are no not how they used to be. The nails break apart and the shellac chips off, this has happened to multiple people I know that have been there and I have experience this myself. It’s such a shame because I used to get there all the time, but I have found that the quality definitely doesn’t match the price that they ask for.
I got a new set of nails done last week and they've already grown out. My pedicure was also done very sloppy and poorly, it was so bad I had to do them myself again when I was back home. I paid a total of £75, which was a waste of money in the end. The lady did not know what she was doing and when there are problems etc. the employees always communicate in their own language instead of English. If you have something to say, say it to the customers face. They're prices vary constantly as well. In the shop a new set is advertised for £27, in writing I was told it's £35 and in the end, I had to pay £45. Every time you go in there, they have different excuses and it's really a hit and miss with them. If you enjoy playing Russian roulette this is the place for you.
I’ve been here twice. Both times they were not cleaning tools in between uses, which is so gross especially during COVID. The first experience I got gel and was rushed, and then had lots of flaws in the polish. But, I decided to give it another go due to seeing good reviews. I got a manicure/pedicure with regular polish. I had to explain to him multiple times I did not want gel because it destroys my nails. He still proceeded to put gel on my nails and I had to stop him. He also mentioned multiple times how short my nails were and made me feel very judged. It was a very awful paint job as well. Also, the girl next to me said she wanted gel and not acrylics and she still cut her nails for acrylics anyway. Then she said again how she doesn’t want acrylics and she still put them on anyway. I will not be coming here again.
Showed a picture of what I wanted and the lady did exactly what I asked for. Was really happy with the results and the nails have lasted for a good few weeks. Got gel extensions and I’m pretty sure I’ve bashed them a few times but they’ve managed to stay on and are strong and sturdy. The left hand thumb is probably slightly uneven but apart from that they are great. Speedy service too.
