Friendly staff and great service with good communication about times and styling throughout the appointment. I have very short nails with a history of biting, super understanding and no judgement whatsoever. Really happy with my nails before my holiday!
Been to a few nail salons in Worthing and Brighton, and Jenny's Nails is by far the best. I have tried gel, BIAB and SNS here, and I get exactly what I asked for every time. The staff are also very friendly and always help me find the colour I'm looking for. My best french tip was also from here too. HIGHLY recommend!!
I have been to Jennys nails in Worthing for over a year and I always leave with the perfect set of nails, everyone is very friendly and lovely people. I absolutely love my nails every time. I went here for the first time today and very disappointed. I sat in the chair and agreed on just gel polish on my toes and she told me it would be £27 which I agreed to. I then got off the chair and ready to pay and she then told me it would be £38. For plain white gel nail polish. Ridiculous. Both my friends got acrylic manicure with gel polish and theirs was both cheaper than mine. Not again.
The staff is very hard working but looking stressed. I am doing my nails as I want to feel pampered and relaxed. Unfortunately I always feel very rushed and my nails are not always done in the way I wanted or the nail varnish is breaking next day. I have had my nails done in there many times hoping to find a relaxing moment. I will try other salon.
I have been going to Jennys now for well over three years and everyone who work there are amazing. They are friendly and will accommodate anything you would like on nails, and they are always done beautifully, never had an issue with them. Would highly recommended
Visited today 7/12/21, as two walk ins, was lovely and peaceful, the lady who did my Xmas nails was very focused and professional, she did a great job and was attentive. Was well priced and even got a loyalty card, can't wait to return.
