   I came in today and had my appointment booked for a certain times but they were 45 minutes late I finally sat In the chair they asked me what colour u wanted and went off after 10 minutes they asked if I got it i said yes I do then she went off in the back for about 10minuites then a different lady came and she was really nice u explained what I wanted and she done exactly that and helped me with matching the colours my nails turned out really nice but what is quite annoying is how the answer the phone to costumers they rush them speaking and just say bye,I understand why the phone can't always be picked up but there was times someone was free and they completely ignored it Anyways I am very happy with my nails thank you so much

   DO NOT GO HERE. I’m not usually one to leave Google reviews, but the level of disrespect I experienced was shocking. I’ll attach photos of what I asked for versus what I actually got. At the start of the appointment I showed Si (the man) a photo of the exact nails I wanted. After filing just two nails, I told him this wasn’t the shape I’d asked for (while still holding the photo in my hand). Instead of listening, he shouted at me even while I was on the phone to my partner insisting it was what I’d asked for, when it clearly wasn’t. As I’m going on holiday, I asked politely how much and how long it would be for a take-off and full set. His response? “FOREVER. You can’t even make your mind up on what you want. How am I supposed to know what you want when you don’t even know yourself?” I was already having a tough day and felt so upset by the rudeness. I even said out loud to my partner, “Wow, that’s rude, I won’t be coming here again.” I honestly thought at the end they might try to resolve it, maybe offer something as I’m a regular customer but nothing. To add, they are always running late, even when you have an appointment booked.

   I don’t ever write bad reviews but I was horrified with how rude these people were I pre booked to get my nails done. I always get french tips w a letter on one of my nails, They had me waiting 45minutes like they usually do. they tried squeezing in people clearly for my time booked, bare in mind I’m a regular, as it’s the only one that is closest to me so u would expect them to prioritise you a bit better which they don’t I can assure you that. then when I finally got seated the woman asked me if I was still having the letter (b) then suddenly told me that she couldn’t do it half way drilling into my nails, apparently because only one person is trained to do designs. which by the way is ridiculous. If that’s the case then don’t book someone in for a scheduled time and squeeze as many people in as you can. The audacity to have me waiting almost an hour. and then decides to tell me half way through drilling my nails that they couldn’t do it. I would of been more understanding if it was a walk-in and they didn’t have time but the fact I booked. they were so rude I’ve seen a lot of people have issues with that place before and unfortunately I was one of them I won’t be going back and another thing I couldn’t understand how they had time to do my French tips which take longer but don’t have time to do a (b) and then refuse to do my nails then let me walk out with battered nails, I was honestly so shocked the audacity on them when were the ones keeping them in business Girls don’t go here the place is horrible

   Best in Shoreham. Always busy, and can do fun nail art. I almost always use this salon and I always leave happy. Only giving a 4 star because I've had made appointments, only to be told they can do my nails but they can't accommodate my booked pedicure.

   We booked an appointment on this place very very clearly and called them to make sure we had an appointment. I got a day off from my job just for the appointment and when I went there just in time and they said I never booked anything when I clearly did booked and appointment and checked if we did. When I tried calling them again I was blocked , has bas experience in this place before as well where they made me wait 1 hour in there “ bc they were busy” and other stuff. Not pleased with this place because I have literally gotten a day off my job just for them to pretend i haven’t booked an appointment.
