Thankyou for your reply the contents of which aren't quite correct You said that you had to make contact with me as I had not contacted yourselves when in fact my son inlaw rang you first this morning and you told him that if you had to keep customers updated you would be on the phone all day a lack of customer care in my opinion also in your article you blame communication problems with the AA when in fact thay recommended us to you and you finally told him to go to the main dealer if not satisfied with your service I appreciate running a business is very difficult especially in these times as I have run many businesses of the years Customers are the most important ingredient to a successful business We will now use an alternative garage On that note wish you good health and success in the future

Had a phone call off the owner today about the review below the guy had nothing but attitude about the review asking me why my father in law wrote the review I dont recommend anyone using this place if the owner got the attitude now have iv refused to take my car back there the customer service is absolutely shocking and then for the owner to ring me after I rung myself this morning to see after a week if they had a price for the work to be done to be told I'm better off taking the car somewhere else why be a aa approved garage if your just goin to blame your miscommunication problems on the aa when I spoke to your staff I kept getting told I will ring you back in a hour but never had a phone call back I recommend goin somewhere else because this place is a joke and so is the owner

I’m a 70 year old pensioner who has had many cars over the years that required attention using many different garages. However, Eastlake Garage is definitely the best I have used. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the service is efficient and trustworthy. Fully recommended.

Went service through AA worst service, they don’t call and inform you what needs to be changed for any additional cost, they just change engine oil, air filter, oil filter, pollen filter and break fluid replacement from 10:30am to 6:30pm. My rare wiper blade needs to be changed as its worn out they did not even check and report to AA saying needs replacement i had kept an wiper and informed pickup driver too when he came for pickup to inform service guys, they sent a report saying it checked and no changes. I am 100% sure they don’t do any proper service, avoid this type of service centre its just a waste of time and money. Again going to service at Nissan Service. I had chosen 84 months service so that they renew timing belt tensioner pulley and idler pulley, for every 90,000 miles as mentioned on AA but it was not done too. I have clocked 103000. Underneath tray and rare tray came off after serving here you go for proof, and got a video of steering sound still same not solved too. They have plenty of cars there to service so no quality of service very urgent in booking and taking cars in.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Had my MOT done there in January and my car returned with a DENT in the boot door. There customer service is awful and they will blame you for their mistakes!! Make sure if you ever use them you take photos of your vehicle before it gets collected or you take it there. Just to clarify as I can't reply to the owners reply I was present when my car was returned and they DID NOT did a photo the only photo they had was from the morning pick up when it was DENT FREE as the Motor Ondbudsmon agree with me as you have 0 time stamps and its very clear from the 1 and only photo. Secondly my car was moved UP MY DRIVEWAY literally 6ft. I didn't drive it anywhere and noticed the dent the next day. Misfuel/Eastlake Garage in South Cornelly are 100% liable for denting/de-valuing my car thank you very much
