   I had taken my car to this garage on the 31st of March 2023. It has now been 6 weeks and 4 days since I handed the keys over. I have not received ANY update on the repair status on my car nor any information on the completion date. I have sent multiple emails and have tried phoning over a handful of times and the same response always appears ‘we’re just waiting on one part’ I took it to myself and visited the garage yesterday (Monday 15th of May 2023) and by their facial expressions, they did not expect me to show. I also asked them about this supposed part they needed and further looked into detail and I myself could get the part delivered within a maximum of 14 days, that’s 2 weeks yet they’ve had my car for 6. I really don’t understand what on earth they’ve been doing all this time and I have warned them that if my car was not completed within a week that I will be taking further action. Nobody should wait as long as I have and have to pay the price of the cost of parts and hire of curtesy car, I’m extremely unhappy.

   Someone collided into my car whilst parked outside the house smashing up the front passenger side. Collected the car today from IRG Swansea who have done an amazing job of bringing it back to good as new. The staff were professional as well as welcoming and friendly. Really pleased with the job they’ve done. Not so pleased with my insurance company who prior to getting the car to IRG it sat in a scrap yard for 2 months. When I collected the car today there was a scrape along driver’s side door which I pointed out to IRG. They confirmed with photographs that the scratch was there before it was delivered to them which I had no doubt about. Simon was happy to fix the scratch for me, didn’t have to do that so very impressed with the overall service from IRG. Thanks to Gail on reception also who was accommodating when I wasn’t able to collect my car as previously arranged. All round landed with how this business treated me, very pleased. Thanks IRG

   Car body repair good. Organisation re booking in not so good. Appointment postponed twice. Admin/organisation poor - missed important appointment in Swansea when dropping my car off and collecting courtesy car in spite of informing them in advance that I needed handover to.be completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

   Just collected my car after repair,lovely call from Simon and the boys to say it was ready to be collected especially on my birthday. What a brilliant job they have done. Good service, only took a few days, cleaned and polished. AMAZING. The staff were brilliant. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

   Simon and the crew at I.R.G. (Llansamlet) are all top notch. Had a slight problem with the curtesy car. HOWEVER, that was solved by the following morning to a very satisfactory resolution. The work carried out to my car was/is AMAZING!!! Looks all good again. So chuffed. Thanks so much for going above and beyond guys, its very much appreciated. 10 out of 10.

   The repairs was excellent however they failed clean if after so the whole car was covered in like a white dust inside and out and they also got red paint on the carpets and seat strut. Also said it would be ready at one time but was then not ready.
