    I called and asked for BIAB, they said that they used it. When I went it they cut all my nails way shorter than I had requested, they have filed my nail bed down to an unbearable thinness causing all my nails to break so far down it’s agony. I am soooo upset that they have ruined my nails. Their builder gel (used 1 coat) was thin and a poor product. Never again!!!
