   Rip off. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I was advised it would take 1 hour. A customer came in without an appointment and they rushed my pedicure so they could accommodate the other customer. They cut corners and had the audacity to charge me the full price of £72 after spending only 45 minutes doing my manicure and pedicure. Pure greed. It was also not a relaxing environment, they had horse racing on a TV. Plus they only accept cash. Go somewhere else.

   Always a pleasure to visit Box Nails. Both Annie and Aimee are great at manicures and pedicures. It's not just them that make it a fab visit though, the other clients are always pleasant and enjoyable to chat with.

   The ladies are lovely here but my manicure started chipping off the very *next day* :(( When you’ve paid £50 it’s not really ok. In London I pay £33 for the same treatment and this only ever happened after a week!
