Went here specifically based on reviews as to how knowledgeable and friendly they were. 1st person (man with white beard in his 60s) I started to ask his advice on a fault code that has appeared on my daughters Nissan - absolutely stunned as he stopped listening turned around and walked away!! A younger man then approached and when I explained the fault code he said he had never heard of it (it has its own paragraph in Haynes manual) He said he wouldn't look at it as they only do straightforward repairs and mot failures!! So all the reviews saying they are super friendly and knowledgeable..??????.....really thought I had got the wrong place.
Both myself and other members of my family have been customers of this business since it first opened. The wonderful welcome and honesty of the business is second to none and the service received is ALWAYS of the highest standard. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Engine lights kept coming on, the guys were super helpful looking at all the various options, finally figured out the problem. First time using them on a referral and will continue to go then when needed
Advised no help to fix a Nissan connect lock out code...... Online search 5 minutes later had a company access and get the code for £15. Lmao for nissan specialists this place is either incompetent or just can't be bothered helping people.
Used this garage for servicing and repairs few years back while owning couple of nissan cars. Always happy with service from them. More recently my office is close to their garage and on two occasions found issue with my car after 40mile journey to work. Both times they were brilliant, repaired same day and meant i could drive home. Would definitely recommend.
