   I booked my car in online for a MOT for an 8am slot with this company and was still waiting at 8.30 for the machanic to turn up for work, fuming as my day was scheduled and could not wait any longer! Not very professional, if you can't control online bookings my advice would be not to have them for customers to book or at least get your MOT machanic to get to work on time! Completly wasted my time

   Was looking for places to do my MOT as everywhere else were fully booked. I tried my luck and did my Motorbike (125cc) M.O.T here! Highly recommended. Nice that they are open on Saturdays too albeit only till 12 noon, still good since the rest are close.

   Highly recommend Stuck in Swansea with car troubles on the day returning home 300+ miles First local garage rang ,they were”wild” and not helpful at all . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Rang Darglen Motors - totally different experience , advised and problem rectified in less than 30 minutes from the phone call to leaving the forecourt. ******* services,communication,friendly and honest service . Use Darglen motors if you’re around Morriston area .

   Had my MOT done here and unfortunately failed on two faults. Due to the current climate we had to wait for one of the parts to arrive, which did arrive and corrected within the two week grace period. However, trying to get the MOT retested was an absolute shambles. The man instructed me to just come back when the jobs are done which I did on 3 occasions and each time wasn’t present on site. The final day I arrived at 3pm hoping my car would be finally done, only to find he’s gone home early and would have been charged again. Joke of a company and wouldn’t recommend to an enemy!

   Good garages seems to be few and far between these days, which is confusing as I thought small garages like these depend on repeat business. I have been taking my cars and motorbikes to Darglen Motors for repairs and MOTs for years and have always been pleasantly surprised at good service and reasonable costs. Needless to say I will taking my business there again in the future
