Thanks to Gavin and the team. My partners Q3 went in for a new mechatronic unit. I sourced the part elsewhere which turned out to be faulty. The part was exchanged under warranty and Gavin fitted us in and fitted the new part and oil etc. From our first meeting he was professional, looking at budget and trying to save us money. He printed off fault codes for the part to be changed and my dealings with him and the team was excellent. Highly recommended for gearbox issues or general servicing. Definitely use again

Would give another 5 stars if i could but Never heard of this garage until I bought my BMW in march 2025 and last owner told me Mike tucker is the garage she used for any thing that needed fixing so I went their and I spoke to female receptionist bonus points for that and left my car so they could do diagnostic report and check the oil which they did but don't replace glo plugs but recommended a garage that would do it so will continue using this garage as I didn't feel like they would say my car needed jobs done just to con me out of money because I'm a female .had MOT here in August n helped by proving last garage tried to con me out of a lot if money I ended up paying £142 including MOT well done again Mike tuckers garage.

The car went in with a suspected Gearbox issue. It was diagnosed with a Transfer Box failure after they looked at it. Gavin and Luke were great. Sorted the car out and it was back on the road within 4 days. So grateful to the guys and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Gav.
