   First appointment related to alignment, it was OK. They suggest me to change 2 tyres, done all. But they damage sensor TPMS, light reflecting continuously. Second appointment, not very friendly I told them last week I change all tyres but due to this TPMS light is on. They should reset. But one of the mechanic told me he fill the air in tyres should be OK. If not will book for another appointment. Not satisfied with the service.

   As usual, the staff at Swansea, Carmarthen Road were polite, friendly and helpful. They listened to me and reassured me that they could help. Two replacement tyres were fitted, I was kept fully informed of what was needed and of costs. The work was carried out efficiently and in good time considering that I did not have an appointment.

   I took my daughter's car in to have a tyre repaired. In the process they broke her key. When I called them about it they said they won't pay for the key. Result, car stops working, recovery took car back to Kwik Fit. They said it's diagnostics and they don't do it. I was not happy so recovery again, took to Toyota garage who had to do diagnostics, Cost, £138, new key, £78 and it will cost me another, £78 approx to program new key. Kwik fit refusing to take responsibility. Very disappointed as we take our cars there all the time. I'm going to pursue this with their complaints department.

   Methodical polite people. Won’t let you leave with a faulty vehicle. They Want the job done right. Can get busy over Xmas period and weekends which is understandable. Alan is a nice guy to liaise with, and there’s a guy with blonde hair who’s on the computer at reception who is friendly too, but I didn’t get his name! Many thanks guys.

   Because I was informed my car had failed it’s MOT I asked about taking it home I was informed I could drive it home and no where else even though I was aware my MOT was valid until December when the original runs out. Also when I obtained a second opinion I was told that the reason for the failure was inaccurate and was not necessary to fail it. You can email me not call me as I work and it is not convenient to receive calls as I work in a hospital

   I would not recommend this garage. Took my vehicle here only because other garages were all booked up. My vehicle failed the MOT, was quoted repair cost of £550-£600. Priced parts at Euro Car parts, cost was £200. I was not given a breakdown of the cost so can only assume I was being charged for 4 hours of labour which is excessive to say the least. I asked which part had made the quote so high, was told it was due to needing a new brake hose. Cost of a brake hose is £13. Unsurprisingly, I did not get the garage to do the repairs. When I called to ask which specific suspension arm needed to be replaced, I was told the report was no longer available and that I would have to bring the vehicle in for them to inspect again! We all know these reports are stored on the computer. Took it for a retest and it failed due to tiny wear on a suspension bush. In a nutshell, I suspect this garage asks it's staff to find work that does not need doing in exchange for commission. If this was the last garage left, I would give up motoring!
