Honest, reliable and trustworthy service... I've been a customer here for several years now and I can see why many of Bob's customers have been loyal to him for over 30 years! In the past I was very nervous about taking my car to a garage and I found the whole experience intimidating because I knew so little about my car. It's rare to find anyone so friendly and approachable and I have my absolute trust in the work done at this garage! I won't go anywhere else! Excellent service, had a rat eat the wiring on my fiesta but he was able to sort the issue out on the day after only a few hours. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Phoned them for a price for a service the guy was really rude then then because I didn’t hear him ask one question he said forget it with an attitude put the phone down I tried ringing back but wouldn’t answer me if I could give no stars I would, not a way treat potential customers!!!!! I asked for a full service I said so all filters and glo plugs he asked if it was a diesel I said yes diesel that’s when he said forget it and put the phone down I’m a genuine customer asking shopping around for the best price it’s no wind up shouldn’t be so quick to jump the gun it’s called customer service!!!
