   Spoke to this garage on the phone, very blunt verging on rude. Would not like to imagine what it's like actually getting work done here if you have problems.

   They did my T25 clutch at the quoted price and didn't gouge me for fixing the disintegrating hydraulics. The gears played up, (mostly due to a cruddy linkage), when I collected the van but they sorted that out as part of the service. You won't find a swish reception here but don't be deceived by appearances. I've been told they've been at this about 30 years so they must know their stuff. I and my brick will def go back.

   Google Maps sends you to the wrong address (to another garage!), and then hurls abuse at you for the error. You should be ashamed of yourself the way you speak to people. Avoid at all costs... Stick it up your exhaust mate and sort out the way you conduct yourself and the business.

   Don’t EVER book your car in with this company. Rude and disgusting service, even when booking in. Unsure if this is due to being a female, or just him as a person. Advertise your company better and you wouldn’t be at a financial loss. Stop taking this out on others.

   Wonderful service, they dealt with me quickly and efficiently. Completely trust worthy and one of the last "real" mechanics in my view. No problem I have had has ever been to much. I own and old car that has been passed down and have a huge attachment to it. They are kind (I went in very upset after I had damage from a bad road surface) they were unbelievably kind and empathetic. Their customer service is second to none and their work is thorough. They will do the job right first time. I won't be going anywhere else, they have a customer for life with me. Sara
