   Would like to say thanks to Simon for getting my car done so quickly. Went Thursday for a quote for a door dent after an old person who shouldn't be driving opened her door into mine twice, causing a crease in the door. Got it booked in for 9am the next day & got it back by lunchtime. Simon was able to get the dent out & make it look as good as new without the need of filler & paint.    Amazing workmanship done by Dent-Tox. Car had numberous dents along roof as if someone had run along it, a lovely dent over wheel arch and a few dings on the doors.    I was absolutely furious and gutted when someone hit my car and drove off, leaving a very nasty dent in my car which other garages assured me would have to be filled and spray painted. Being very precious about my car, I really didn't think I could put up with a spray job and certainly didn't want to leave it with a garage for a week, so did some research and found Dent-Tox. Messaged Simon and he agreed to take a look.The dents were in the most awkward places and he wasn't even sure he could get at them, but he did a fabulous job and took really good care of my car.    Absolutely amazing work, sharp and harsh pin dent on the Fiesta was sorted out within an hour, the sent had a sharp center on pearlescent paint in the rear quarter couldn't have been in a worse spot and Dent-Tox sorted it immediately, he gave me a few options to go through and picked the least intrusive option to start off with and the results speak for themselves.    I'd been looking for a reputable company to repair two dents in my brand new A7 bonnet caused irresponsible fireworks, two rocket sticks coming down on the car. In particular I needed someone skilled in aluminium dent removal. This is particularly difficult since aluminium lacks the memory of steel and needs expert working. I researched the Internet and called a number of dent removal companies and none gave me a sense that they were confident or skilled enough. I eventually rang Simon at DenTox and after a discussion and looking at photographs of the dents Simon believed it to be difficult but doable and gave me the confidence and sense of professionalism that seemed lacking in other companies including some nationals. Well today was the day, I left the car with Simon and hoped it would be fine even though the odds were not good as the two dents were directly above the strengthening braces under the bonnet, just my luck. I got a whatsapp photo some 4 hours later showing a very shiny apparently dent free A7 Bonnet. What a fantastic job Simon had done. I scrutinized the bonnet and couldn't see any trace of those horrible dents none at all! I am so relieved and delighted to have my gorgeous A7 looking like it did when it came out of the showroom as it did just a few weeks ago. Simon strap line is 'I hate to be beaten by a dent' Well he knocked this one out of the park! In our world people find it very easy to complain about everything and seemingly anything but very difficult to take time to recognise great skill and customer service. I am pleased to be able to unreservedly recommend Simon and his company DenTox to anyone who needs paint free dent repair ob their precious vehicles and whilst I hope I don't need his services again anytime soon, it is nonetheless comforting to know I have someone trustworthy and capable I can turn to if I need to. The photos are not great as they don't really how deep the dents were but the after shows no trace if the dents, in aluminium panels that is a great job!
