Took my car in for a full service and mot. First class mechanics. Did an excellent job, would recommend to everyone. Great prices and really good customer service.
Top notch honest mechanics , managed to fit me in at really short notice after I heard a dreaded grinding sound coming from my n/s wheel. Diagnosed problem and fixed within half an hour (luckily was just a loose dust shield!) . Credit to the Dan and the team would highly recommend, A+++++
They did a marvellous job on my car. Fitted a new clutch. Reasonable price, quite surprised thought it would have been more.. Staff very friendly and efficient. Will certainly br using them again for any work / MOT
Waited a week and a half for an appointment. I had a lot of play in my steering so I asked them if they could sort it. I expect diagnosing and sorting this would normally take two hours, but they had my car for two days, so I had to take the second day off work. The gentleman said he was going to diagnose the issue and sort it. I expected it could be the steering rack inner joint as it was an advisory on previous MOT, but they changed the outer joint and my drivers side suspension arm, which was perfectly fine. The gentleman said it was all sorted, the steering is great. Get car back and its exactly the same, play in steering wheel. Didn't do a wheel alignment, which would have been the cheapest and best place to start, no diagnostic fee charged, so noone diagnosed anything they just did a few things, hoping they would work. Labour is £60 an hour. Wouldn't go back here if someone paid me.
I went in today with my Peugeot, 107 Add my exhaust was hanging off literally. Going in on my own I was worried they were going to try rip me off because that has happened before going in as a girl and them knowing I don’t know much about cars but that was definitely not the case here! The receptionist is absolutely lovely. So welcoming and kind and just a really down to earth woman and the men in the work shop are also so lovely and helpful and they most definitely don’t take the Piss out of anyone! The atmosphere is really calm and friendly! And they worked on my car straight away and welded it back in and only charged £15!!!! They could of asked for a lot more than that and I would of still thought fair game! These guys are Lovely, honest , hard workers with a kind and welcoming business!! You’d be silly to go anywhere else!

I'm not from the area, I only stopped in Llanelli for a night as I was doing a trip in Wales, I went to this garage as my car was losing gasoil, I only had to change a rubber cap. One of the workers said they couldn't help me today, other worker said he had to order the full repairing kit and it would be 14 pounds and take 30 minutes plus the working time. I'm glad he finally told me where to go to buy the repair kit which cost me 3 pounds and I could do it myself without any acknowledgement in one minute, they guy from the shop gave me the appropriate tools. I'm quite disappointed with this garage.
Used West End Garage a few times now and everytime I have, they have been first class! All the work has been done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Can't speak highly enough of these guys here. 100% recommend!!!!
