Staff very good. Although they had a problem fitting one of the tyres, they kept me informed, what was happening, and why it was taking longer than normal. And when they had finished, David on reception,was very apologetic . Job well done

Easy to book MOT and Service. Great at keeping me posted on issues with my vehicle. Kept easily to time, matter of fact they were done earlier. I feel safer when the car has been fixed by the team.
They are always helpful and whatever isnt in store can be ordered for you. The staff really know about cars and when they fit my new Kenwood LED display, it didnt take long at all. So many perks if you join their membership. You can search for what you need using your number plate incase you are not sure if it's the best product for your car.
I had a brilliant experience at Halfords Auto Trade Centre! The team managed to see me very quickly which I really appreciated. A big thank you to David on the desk, who was extremely helpful and got me signed up to the Motor Club with no fuss. Also, a huge shoutout to Isabel who changed my tyre straight away – she was so friendly, kind, and professional. The service was excellent from start to finish and I’ll definitely be coming back. I'm sure they pride themselves their reputation . But I feel when I went for my mot they failed my van on more than it should have. I have been driving 40 years and never had to spend £1200 to get my van through especially on work I had done the year before. Make your own mind up it. Mind you can't knock the staff very polite and helpful.
