Great service and excellent prices. Better than Screwfix for many items.
The staff were really helpful, but I had bought two products from the same manufacturer (router and router table) and they were not compatible. In fact, they didn't stock a router that was compatible with the table!!! I did get a refund though, but it was very inconvenient.
I use Toolstation and have done for some time as opposed to Screwfix. Toolstation are excellent especially the staff at Newhaven. Always have my order ready, are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A professional service and exemplar customer experience. Well done.

Waited over 10 minutes (I checked the time of a text I received just after arriving so this is accurate) while the one person serving was getting a big order for the person in front of me who was the only other person in there for the first few minutes of my waiting. After over 10 minutes just as she was finishing this order 2 other people came out from round the back where they had been hiding and didnt even say sorry for keeping me waiting.
