   Great Prices and Friendly Staff. Although it is a builders merchants it is alot cheaper than B&Q (half the price on some items) just down the road even if you dont have an account.

   Everything I've ordered from covers over the years has been of good quality, reasonably priced and quickly delivered. That was untill my latest order when the plasterboard arrived damaged. I reported this to them, and they extremely quickly rectified the issue. Excellent service all round.

   Stood at the counter for around 15mins before anyone came out of the office to acknowledge me, i was then told someone would be coming soon, after another 5mins i was asked what it was that i wanted, as i was'nt sure of the size of the battens i then had to go into the yard & bring a piece in through the loading bay to show the guy. This was around 12-15, lunch time was stated as 1pm until 2pm so that was'nt an excuse, in future i will go elsewhere.
