   If I could score a -5 I would, ordered the magic 7, no lamb shish just Donner meat that was awful, the salad was not enough for a child, it was 30 minutes late and cold, I was looking forward to a nice bit of food and you'd of thought for £23 I would of got that, and absolute joke stay away save your money, not even my dog wanted it that says it all ended up chucking it in the bin STAY AWAY

   Was late over an hour. When I rang up they said he had just left the restaurant and when he finally turned up it was the wrong ordered pizza and drinks. When I tried ringing them back to say the order was wrong they never picked up. I had rang them 5 times. I will also be passing this on to my partner who works for the papers and taking it trade standers also food hygiene , health and safety due to wrong toppings as we are allergic the the toppings that you put on the pizza. "That we never asked for" . " will also be asking for my money back for your poor service. Also thank you for ignoring my phone calls and blocked number due to your mistake and you knew about it call was recorded as well at my end"

   If I could give it 0 I would it was a great place while I was kid but ever since they got new management the food quality has gone down not one bit of good customer service especially over the phone and they said it was gonna be 30/40 mins then it took a hour + and had to end up cancelling it as it took too long and got hungry kids. So disappointing need the old management back or better asap or this business will not be going fare.

   BIG SCAM Their menu says "20% discount on all collection telephone orders" yet when I went to collect my order they argued with me denying the offer completely, even though they agreed to it over the telephone. I tried to get an 18" buy-one-get-one free pizza, they told me I could only have 1 pizza for £22.99... who pays 22.99 for 1 whole pizza??? If you don't want to give the offer, why put it on the menu. And after receiving the pizza, there were hardly any topings on it. I won't be buying from here ever again, they even threatend to not deliver again... They think I'm coming back??? No. Don't buy from here, unless you want to get scammed big time.

   The chicken tasted like it was reheated and was extremely oily. I called them and said it didn’t taste fresh (the one they made today) but they denied and didn’t even apologize !!!

   The first time ordered one cheese burger and one fish burger.The size of the burger bun was ok ,the fish burger was over fried and burnt overall not edible. The delivery took one hour and twenty minutes ,which is not acceptable .I believe that King Kebab don't think that customer service is necessary and important .I will never again order from King Kebab.If my friends ask me ,I will never recommend King Kebab

   Please consider being more punctual in delivering food to customers. Other than that, it is quite a good restaurant.
