   Again another visit to peacehaven branch just to sit in my truck for more than 30 minutes, used to love using you guys but this branch is useless, so I'm future I'll be going to eurocell, 2 or 3 other tradesmen sat around in car park aswell, zero care for my situation by staff member worst branch ever

   Used this place on and off for years as and when I needed pvc items... My last visit was for some help and some offcuts for a non building job. Not only were they able to sort me out, gave great advice to help me achieve my goal... What's more, the chap who served me was very pleasant and very willing to help.... I really appreciated his help and advice, and my non building job was completed better than anticipated...

   Excellent service, staff very helpful and willing to assist with a small sale to DIY customer. Tied up 18 feet of plastic strip so that it would fit in my car and advised to let it out at home to avoid distortion. Excellent experience in all.

   Shepherd's is quite a small but long shop that offers very reasonable prices and good quality materials. The staff are very helpful and they don't make you look silly if you really don't know how to ask for something. They will help you get the correct measurements and materials. They even have front doors at a good price.
