   This will be your experience if you choose Packham Construction. Steve Packham will make promises he won’t keep, and when you chase for information you will get his secretary who will say he isn’t available. If you ask to be called back when she has the information she’ll say she will, but won’t. You will be left wondering why no work is happening, and then get excuses as to why nobody has turned up to site for weeks. Avoid.

   Stay away from Packham Construction. Lied about how long the work would take, hardly ever showed up to job site, came to job unprepared and didn’t know about details that had been agreed. A lack of care, communication, and urgency lead to a very stressful situation.
