   Absolutely shocking customer service. The guy was accusing me of ordering the wrong food, because when it came it was completely wrong. He started shouting at me and arguing, then he put the phone down on me, which I really didn’t appreciate. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. What bit of food I did taste was absolutely revolting. Would NOT recommend. You would be stupid to order from here.

   It's a Thursday night, and we've waited TWO HOURS for our food. The gravy come it was cold. Straight into the bin. Won't be ordering from here again. Would understand if it was a weekend or bank holiday.

   Food is good however, it is a 3 star hygiene rating, the till was not manned, I had to shout through to the back to be served. The guy coming out didn't know how to wear a mask properly and all the other staff were not following guidelines (I could see through to the back that they were huddled together without masks) which was very hypocritical as on the door it says "No mask, No Entry." Won't be ordering from this place again as it doesn't really fill you with confidence at all.

   They accept pre-paid order's on foodhub and then close their shop. Can't get through to them on the phone either as the phone is off the hook. Blatant theft! Drove to their shop to find they were actually closed... Avoid these thieves.

   Absolutely awful! Ordered several things, that included crispy seaweed. A bag of dreadful looking spring rolls arrived in place of this no contact was made in regards to this they just “assumed” that would be a good replacement. (I can’t eat spring rolls I’m allergic), the duck that arrived was dry and brittle with more fat on than meat. I contacted the restaurant to ask to get this changed only to be told that I was lying! This place is run by what I can only assume are completely untrained staff! And the food quality isn’t even good enough to feed a dog with. This all went straight in the bin. Will NOT be ordering from them again and can honestly say I will be telling absolutely everyone I know to do the same! Absolutely disgusting! The only helpful person there was the lovely lady that answers the phone.

   Ordered from here.. turned up within the hour, but forgot a main meal. Rang them and they said they would deliver it in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later, no delivery. Rang them again and they said it would be a further 25 minutes. Joke. Wouldn't refund. Said I would have to contact the company to claim it back, although paid through their website directly. Food isn't too bad from there but their customer service is absolutely shocking. Won't be ordering from there again. Staff just sound like they can never be arsed. F*cking absolute shambles of a company. If you must order from here then I would recommend paying by cash, as they keep your money otherwise. Oh and expect a delivery time of at least an hour, judging by other comments. Knew it was too good be true when ours arrived within the hour!
