I've been attending this practice for over 30 years with different owners. I've always had great service however I rarely have anything done, just a check up. Had my annual checkup today with Amit who is most pleasant. Again nothing needed, thankfully. I like the timely reminders which are very useful.
My appointment today was with the hygienist. What a lovely lady, answered my question about something I was worried about with my teeth, it wasnt a big problem that I thought it was, so left very happy. She made sure I was ok whilst having my teeth done and explained everything thoroughly
I arrived early so had a reasonably long wait. My fault entirely. Very welcoming office, clean, inviting. Staff very sociable make you feel at ease. Happy that I chose this dental practice.
Absolutely disgusting dental practise. My partner booked an appointment over a year ago and when he turns up they tell him it’s cancelled. No courtesy to call or send a message prior to him arriving for his scheduled appointment. Staff are not polite. Definitely avoid!! Would give 0 stars.
The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. Even though visibly very busy, she greeted me with a kind word and a smile, took my details and offered assistance to fill out paperwork if required. I wish all NHS receptionists could be as pleasant as this. Sadly this was the high point of the visit as the dentist may as well have been on her phone. She did not welcome me or introduced herself. A 5 minute check up and that was that.
The nurses are really friendly and helpful always look really busy and all seem to help each other out
Excellent service . Dr Davies helps me to remain calm and can’t fault them. Been a patient with them for more than 20 years, and my children been with them since they were small
The dental staff at this practice apart from one dental nurse need to learn some serious people skills and manners. It is not the nicest of experiences visiting the dentist as it is and they do not make you feel comfortable in any way. at the end of the day we aren't just patients we are the ones paying their wages. I am currently looking for a new dental practice for myself and my family, somewhere where they appreciate their customers and put a smile on their faces. I've never met such a rude bunch of people
Very good , attentive staff . Always there to help . I have had some problems with my tooth breaking and they have never failed to fit me in on an emergency appointment. Best dental surgery in town . All my family is registered with them and we all are very happy .Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been with this dental practice for near on 40 years. Was originally Mr Westacott in Morriston and then Mr Davies in Trallwn. Would highly recommend and have done in the past.
