   Booked an emergency appointment for my wisdom tooth which was horrendous pain wise. I was kept waiting for nearly two hours, waiting while people who had just walked in being seen almost immediately. When I was called, he barely listened to me, and then decided it was a good idea to press down on my extremely painful infected tooth for no reason. Disgusted at his nonchalant arrogance doing this, I opted out, and left. Do not go to this man, he really doesn't care.

   Gupta did a good effective job on my emergency nhs appointment after getting nowhere with a previous dental appointment at another dental practice. He did what was needed (remove tooth) with ease and confidence. Cant fault him. Only thing I would say is he should wear a mask when carrying out procedures.

   I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dentist . I was not given clear or upfront information about the costs of my procedure, and I ended up being charged for a service I was unaware of. I felt completely misled and if I had known the cost beforehand, I would have not gone ahead with the treatment. Transparency is essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this practice to others.

   Terrible experience. I attended an out of hours emergency appointment here for an infection in my wisdom tooth. After explaining I couldn’t open my mouth very wide due to the pain and inflammation he kept pushing and pushing to open my mouth for an X-ray. He then pushed the X-ray thing into my inflamed gums causing terrible pain. He was very ignorant and gave me false information disregarding my wisdom tooth that was causing the pain and said it was a different tooth causing nerve damage which was completely incorrect.

   The worst dentist I have ever seen, I have chosen to pay to go private at another practice rather than ever go back to him again. Doesn’t give a proper examination, barely even looks in the mouth, not interested in anything related to NHS care if you ask him for advice unless you’re paying him privately he treats you like dirt. Very arrogant and rude man, didn’t once speak to me whilst he was doing my filing, he was actually leaning on my mouth with his hand while he was putting the filling in which hurt, I have never experienced this before, he didnt smell very hygienic, then the filling substance was all over the side of my tooth, and still is, when he finished! I can’t count the amount of annual leave days I have wasted when he has cancelled my dental appointments last minute, usually for him being on annual leave, when I told the staff about this issue as I don’t live near the practice and had no more annual leave left they replied with they can book another appointment for me but there was no guarantee this wouldn’t be cancelled either! Absolutely appalling I wonder whether Gupta is actually a qualified dentist? I can see why all the nurse and reception staff from Mr Owen’s surgery all left when he took over the practice.

   Excellent! NHS emergency booked me about a back tooth, seen the next day and then taken on by the practice. All the staff are down to earth and very helpful.

   Really looked after me and very considerate thank you. Really appreciated. A happy patient. Only downfall out of my last 4 appointments 3 have been cancelled and have only been able to see Tara once I wish other dentists in the practice could see here cancelled appointments not having to wait another 4 weeks to be seen.

   Absolutely disgusting how I had an appointment today at 10:15 and because I was 3 minutes late told me they couldn’t see me considering in the past I’ve had to wait 15 or 20 minutes after my appointment I’ve never once moaned about that now have to wait until 5th of august all the years Jenkins was in charge of the practice never had an issue considering I have mental health issues they don’t seem to care.

   Saw 'Tara' for a wisdom tooth problem. She didnt listen, dismissed my issue, cleaned the tooth and told me off all the way through to the point that she made me cry. My complaint was dismissed and apparently other people find her really nice? Like to know who these other people are. Will have to try find another dentist because the issue hasnt been resolved. Paid for the privilege of being bullied.
