Never really leave reviews, but I thought I needed to jump on and give some feedback from my experience with this clinic so far. I joined as a new private client on a dental plan, had a new patient check up, the lady was very professional and helpful in advising on my next steps which was an appointment with the hygienist for a scale and polish. Set up the plan, the ladies on reception was very helpful in making an appointment closer than originally planned due to cancellation. But unfortunately I couldn’t make it due to being ill on the day, so when I rang back to rearrange when feeling better the receptionist managed to get me in that morning. I’ve always been conscious about my teeth but the professionalism and care received by the hygienist today given me my confidence back, loads of advice on what I can do and upgraded my dental plan to 2+1 for more regular work, receptionist changed my plan cost and it’s very competitive and affordable. Thank you very much to everyone and look forward to seeing you again (even tho that scale and polish is horrendous) have a nice Christmas and new year.

I have been totally petrified of dentists all of my life and I’m now nearly 39…. came here for an emergency appointment and they were all so lovely. Had a tooth extracted and left no longer scared of the dentist! Thank you and would highly recommend ☺️

Very rude and classist receptionist. I asked to register and she looked me up and down. Then told me that they don’t do NHS patients. I told her that I’m happy to pay private and then she told me they were full. Well which is it? I look too poor for your services or you already have enough patients?

I cannot praise crescent dental enough. The reception team are friendly and welcoming. You always get a text to remind you also they ring you the day before your appointment to confirm you are attending. The dentist (Jennifer)is lovely so are her dental assistants. I've always been scared of the dentist but not anymore. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend the team at crescent dental. I have seen the negative comments and I can personally say that was not the case for me. All the staff are super friendly and I received the best care.

Been a patient here for many years and struggled to get appointments prior to lockdown . Had an issue with a tooth and asked for help only to be told they couldn’t treat me as the dentist allocated had left ? Due to demand they refused to transfer me to another dentist within the same practice, said try 111? The most unhelpful place I’ve spoken to in a long time . Cleary to do with the practice going private over the next few months and NHS patients are being pushed out . Awful .

Ii would be very helpful if receptionists tell you to come in at a specific time on a specific day that they actually BOOK the appointment in. I have travelled 20 mile for an appointment that was booked on Friday only to be told they couldn't see me as it hadn't been booked. Could I come back 2 1/2 hours later. Unfortunately no I cannot. I have an appointment else where as I have stomach cancer. And with the price of petrol these days it is not economical. The dentists however once you can see them are great.

I’ve been with this practice for many years. I had a broken filling this week and I was lucky enough to be seen the very next day by Mark, (who’s an excellent dentist). The staff were all very friendly and the experience was top class. Many thanks.

Been registered with this practice for years but honestly not satisfied with the front desk staff. they are not just nice and care nothing about the patients. They're just so rude and not very receptive at all and has become worse since Covid-19. I honestly can't remember being satisfied anytime I speak to them or attend the clinic and at this point, I rather travel miles to see a friendly dentist than deal with their callousness

I have been in pain for 3 weeks. I called 3 weeks ago to make an urgent appointment and I waited 3 weeks in pain for them to finally see me. I phoned them 5 minutes before my appointment, telling them I was going to be a bit late as I was stuck on traffic. When I arrived, I had been informed that I wouldn't be seen as I arrived late. I asked again please if could they see me, because I was in much pain and I had been waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. The lady said she would try and ask the manager. The manager came and refused to me see the dentist. She was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. I was even embarrassed to speak to her. I do not recommend this place to nobody.
