(THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED ) I am writing this review for my mother, who had one of the worst experiences ever at this dental center. She went in because part of her front filling broke and her tooth became very sensitive. My mother also suffers from anxiety and had heart surgery, which makes stress dangerous for her health. Instead of care or professionalism, the dentist – who claimed to be the owner – treated her with shocking arrogance and cruelty. She mocked my mother, saying things like “we are not a beauty center for you,” and refused to fix the problem properly. She even suggested filing down my mother’s front teeth rather than giving her the treatment she needed. This was humiliating, unprofessional, and heartless. Because of this awful treatment, my mother left the clinic trembling, in pain, and in tears. She is still suffering now, even from drinking water, all because the dentist refused to help and instead chose to insult her. No patient should ever be treated this way. This place lacks basic respect, compassion, and professionalism.

I was sent here through the NHS 111 service for an emergency broken tooth extraction following a severe infection and abscess. I truely can't praise Catherine Llewelyn enough for the outstanding treatment she gave me. She was so gentle that I never even felt the injections and she removed the infected broken tooth without my even realising. I was truely VERY blessed to be sent to this practice today and wish I was one of their permanent NHS patients.

I am an older customer of this practice and began my journey when I was about 15 years old. The dentist / practitioner was Mr Richard’s. He was a fantastic dentist, he supported me with brace treatment as well as general oral health and advice for my dental care. The provision has changed over time due to modifications of the practice. The new team are excellent and always go the extra mile for me, this means a lot to me as I need to know that I’m being looked after. It was sad to hear that some long standing staff are leaving the practice, for what ever reason. Nicola thanks for being a fantastic staff member to the practice, I will miss seeing you when I need to call in for the odd treatment. Thank you team for going the extra mile for me. It’s a shame that government regulations and shortages limit the skills and ability of such a fantastic, well deserved team, keep your peckers up! Mark

I have a friend who is in need of dental treatment and approached willows dental practice. Let's just say the lady who spoke to her was less than friendly, was very rude and even slammed the door in her face. So not highly rated by her.

This practice is outstanding! It’s very clean and has a calming atmosphere. The receptionists are always very welcoming. Richard is incredible and has done a fantastic job with my teeth. His dental assistant was very supportive whilst I was anxious. Would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who are nervous like me!

Such a lovely dentist practice! I was so nervous as I'm afraid of the dentist and was reassured by a lovely nurse while I had my tooth out .. they dentist who toke my tooth out asked if I was okay and made sure I was comfortable with everything and explained exactly what he was doing .. Very clean environment would definitely recommend to anyone ❤️
