A great dentists with lovely staff, I felt very welcome from the start and was well taken care of during my appointment.
Yesterday Irina gave me a white filling , I was slightly apprehensive before hand but the whole experience was amazing , Jane the lovely dental nurse is always there very friendly and professional and Irina is in my opinion the best dentist I've ever had , so gentle and talented, I was so relaxed .I've been with Irina many years now and everything she does has been of an excellent standard .I would highly recommend this dentist , thank you.
Been attending here for 35 years- just called to book a check up and they said I missed an appointment last year which I called to cancel in plenty of time as I was unwell: Absolutely disgusting service. Staff are rude and incompetent. Daughter had composite bonding she paid a lot of money for and if kept coming off- as she complained they registered her also - since the practice is my dentist there is absolutely no customer care. Avoid at all costs
What a brilliant service, so impressed with them from the receptionists, the dental nurse to the dentist themselves. They cannot do enough for you, they offer the best advice- friendly, calm, absolutely super. Just really quick service, can't thank them enough, can't praise them enough, thank you
I have such a phobia against the dentist today was my best experience. Hala my dentist was amazing put me so at ease such a nice person. And dental assistant Hannah was so lovely too. Thank you so much both
Being a bit of a nervous patient, I was made to feel completely at ease with daisy. She explained everything she was going to do as I had my filling. Excellent dentist. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Booked an appointment with the hygienist for friday 20th January 2023. Booked a morning off work and travelled 15 miles for the appointment. On arrival I was told a 'temp' had booked the wrong friday 'on the system' and I couldn't be seen. No apology, no effort to slot me in. Since Covid, this practice has gone downhill !
Booked in for a crown fitted 4 /5 months ago and guess what? CANCELLED. Took an age for another appointment. Finally had the prep work done. Had date to have the crown fitted and guess what? CANCELLED.had a date for treatment got up early after night's had a phone call saying can't do the job today. Constantly being let down. I find that since the practice has gone to my dentist that's all they are interested is your money. I only wish it could go back to the old days where dentists really cared. Bring back Ian every day of the week. My dentist knows it's got you by the short and curlys. 0 out of 10 rating
After suffering for a week with an infectiom, horrendous pain and no sleep I visited the dentist on Friday after a week on antibiotics. Informed that I had to have an extraction. Worked myself up all day today worrying about it and turned up terrified. Within 10 minutes it was all done and the offending tooth was out. I honestly didn't feel a thing and my mouth is totally pain free. Couldn't be happier, and on the hottest day of the year the aircon was very welcome! Can't thank you enough for the treatment I received.
