I placed an order on their website for a utility knife on the 12th of March. On the 18th of March I emailed to say that it had not been delivered to which I received no response. I tried phoning on numerous occasions but the number rings for two minutes then diverts to answerphone. I did leave a message but unsurprisingly received no reply. I emailed again on the 22nd of March and 27th of March and have yet to receive a response. I have now opened a case with PayPal in order to obtain a refund. Avoid.......!
