Went in the other day and spoke to a young lad called Bradley he was very helpful and knew what he was getting every time

Went in yesterday and was served by the wonderful Xabier. I literally can't fault his customer service. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He even helped me pack my stuff as I have a bad back. He's wonderful and everyone else was friendly and nice
Needed pair of work trs for hubby xmas pressy. Greeted & served by Lillyann who was brilliant. She showed me the different ones in the catalogue & helped me with the correct size etc. Highly recommend. Thanku for great service
Donna behaved with utmost kindness and helped me by not only sourcing the product but fitting the spool to my hedge cutter.A task a brain surgeon would struggle to do. The staff are always more than helpfull and that's I walys go back to them
After a leak disaster on new years eve, I managed to get some great advice and help at toolstation from the wonderful Donna & Katie who were working on New Year's Day!
Visited the store on 31/10/22. Toolstation has really gone down hill lately- So much is out of stock it is beyond a joke. Massive queues with only 2 slow staff on the tills. Another member of staff was faffing about at the counter dealing with restocking items, but didn't have the gumption to go on the tills to help. Had to go to B&Q to complete my requirements.
Avoid like the plague if they have to deliver. Unfortunately they didn't have the item I needed in stock so they arranged delivery (or were meant to). That's where it all started going wrong. Item didn't arrive as planned. Their phone customer service is terrible, over 35 mins wait every single day. I still haven't been able to return an expensive item after numerous emails and them saying that it would be possible. Wish I had looked up the trustpilot reviews as it's clearly a common problem.
Amazing customer service from a young fella called Bradley. Couldn’t ask for better help. Went in only wanting a hammer and he convinced me to spend my 10 grand pension on tools 10/10
A good company to deal with. Not too many people waiting to be served. I purchased a hand light, some gloves and some cable clips. I wanted a bright flood light which is apparently something they do not stock. Having regard the current lockdown situation, no complaints.
