New to this practice, should have come sooner they are fantastic the whole team the put you at ease. The place is so modern the dentist I am with is a fantastic guy ( Callum)He takes time to explain how things are going to happen.
I had to attend this practice today for an emergency extraction. I was so anxious about attending as I haven’t been to a dentist practice in a while due to them not taking on NHS. The last time I attended as an emergency at a different practice they were so rude and so this time I was a complete mess as well as in severe pain. However, upon arrival the staff were so polite and friendly making me feel at ease straight away. When I was called through I was still really anxious and the dentist was absolutely fantastic with me. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, he explained everything that was happening or was going to happen, he was gentle and continued to make sure I felt okay all the way through. Thank you for a pleasant experience at time I was in so much pain. Absolutely lovely practice would recommend to anybody
After taking on my cries for help via the NHS 111 service, I am nothing short of immense thanks and relief from my visit to this practice today. The reception team are fantastic and Sara was incredible with handling my extraction and after care. I am over the moon and look forward to now being a new patient there. Thank you so much everyone.
I've used a few dentists over the last few years, the guys here were the most informative and supportive dentist I've ever visited. They've checked back in several times just to be sure all was ok which is more than most business's let alone dentists would do. Can't recommend the team enough!
This is an excellent dental practice. I have been taking my kids there for several years and Sara is fantastic with them. My 4 year old has needed fillings and they have been a breeze. I recently had a root canal problem and Sara fitted me in and sorted the problem brilliantly. I cannot speak highly enough of Sara and her team and would recommend to anyone.
A really excellent dental practice and superb clinicians. Always helpful arranging appointments around my on call rota, very friendly and approachable reception staff. Regular appointment reminders sent out via their text alert system. Having had several treatments I can say they are very knowledgeable dentists, and technically very skilled. Honestly the best care and experience I've ever received in any healthcare setting!
I have been with Gowerton Dental Practice for over 30 years both as a NHS and private patient and always have a excellent service from every member of staff be it with routine appointments or one off emergency’s. I have had braces, fillings etc and more recently cosmetic veneers on two teeth and whitening. The care and advice I had from Daf during this process was outstanding and almost 6 years on with good aftercare and two yearly check ups my teeth are still outstanding, both in appearance, whiteness and more importantly health. I would have no hesitations in recommending them and the services they offer.
