We live a long way from the practice and the staff there went out of there way to fit our treatment in on Christmas Eve. Our dentist was very thorough and professional as was his assistant. Thank you for your help.

I recently had an exceptional experience at this dentist practice through a 111 appointment. Both the dental nurse, Melissa, and the dentist, Harry, were outstanding. Melissa's professionalism and friendliness made the visit comfortable, and Harry's expertise and care during the procedure were impressive. The entire staff exhibited a high level of competence, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking top-notch dental care. Five stars all the way!
When having a routine checkup, they noticed that I had a damaged filling that needed to be repaired. When I explained that I was working away at the time, they renewed the filling whilst I was there, thus avoiding the need for a revisit which was greatly appreciated. Staff were lovely. Would recommend.
I can't fault this place. Very patient and amazing with those that may be a bit nervous. I love the improvements too. From booking to being pain free, 5 stars is not enough. One of my appointments was moved once, but I was informed and these things happen. Support local !
I don’t drive for medical reasons and this is our closest NHS dental practice (we live in Lampeter). My partner and I need treatment (him for a simple filling me a follow up after intensive dental surgery performed elsewhere). Our appointments have been cancelled repeatedly. This morning just after we got in the car to head off for our appointment today a text came through cancelling my partner’s appointment. It is the third time of cancellation. I wonder if they cancel NHS patients whenever a private booking comes along? If I had any choice at all, we would not be registered or attend here. The dentists where I had my surgery done in Swansea were a million times better.
Had a tooth extracted here today,all the staff were very polite and put me at ease.I am very pleased with this dental surgery.
Had a filling today - they were early my appointment which was a relief not to be waiting around. The dental nurse and dental therapist understood I was nervous and went at my pace also very understanding and kind . Receptionist was polite and pleasant when I was leaving.
This place has gone to the dogs since Mr. Taylor left or was thrown out. The first time I went there they were just interested in taking you money up front before they had done anything. I had been going to this dentist for over 40 years nothing like this ever happened. On this occasion a crown had come off which I took with me. The "clown" just pushed it back on no adhesive nothing. There wasn't even any mouthwash with which to rinse my mouth. Disgusting. I then did not go again for about two and half years. The receptionist wanted to know if it was an emergency ( to extract more fees) I told her no, that I had been waiting some two years with the problem so it was not an emergency. When I got there she was still going on about an emergency and wanted money up front. To cut a long story.... A dentist came into reception who I had not seen before. We had a heated discussion and just as the dentist for my appointment with his hygienist came out to call me I left in disgust. Still with my original problem and now some intermittent pain I am trying to sign with another practice under the n.h.s.
Had a tooth taken out by the very nice young dentist today, I've got to say, it wasn't as bad as i thought, it took a while, he took his time making sure it came out in one piece.. The lovely dental nurse put me at ease. Very polite and professional.. Both of them.. Lovely girls on reception too.. 5 stars for my experience today.. Will have no worries about my filling in two weeks time.
