   I have come from London with my friends to have a good time. I have bought some water and a couple of cans. I wanted to make two different transactions but before I have even left the till I was in the security came up to me and started questioning me. I'm not going to say anything else but I think we all know what he was trying to do.

   Possibly the worst Tesco I've ever shopped in. Never enough staff on the tills, always less than half the automated tills in operation. Security staff have to step in with issues at the automated tills but can't actually help you when.... Many MANY clubcard offers on shelf are not recognised at the till. When you wait long enough to talk to an actual employee to address this mistake hey will do nothing about it "I'll have to get my manager to change it... Do you still want it?" No I do not unless you sell it to me at the advertised price.

   Horrendous experience. Zero star should be available for that one. I was "served" by a teenager who 1) didn't say hello nor "can I help?" so i didn't even know when he was ready 2) no thank you or good bye when I paid and left 3) when I mentioned to him that customers don't mind a bit of politeness all he did was throwing a grin. Being young / inexperienced is not an excuse. It only takes you 1 minute, literally 1 minute to teach new staff how to show a minimum or respect to customers. If they don't do it for pleasure they should do it for your sales and reviews at least no? Will never return to that Tesco and as little as possible to Tesco in general. Lack of professionalism is bad, lack of respect is unacceptable.

   There are 8 card self checkouts with no option to pay cash, can you please install ONE cash checkout. Every time I have to line up for the counter - wait for staff, wait for people to be sold alcohol or cigarettes. I just want to pay cash without a huge delay.

   No water, no drinks stocked up well. In peak summer when people are flocking to the beaches the Shelves are empty. People are struggling to go through the unmanned self operated tils. It's a chaos inside. At times you have queue outside if the store gets busy.

   Security seems to think that his only job is to block any and all customers from being able to get a basket; you never see him in any other spot than right in the way of the baskets. The counter is frequently unmanned, and the wait for an assistant after the inevitable self-service failure was 20 minutes on my last visit. I missed my train as a result. Call it "Tesco" by all means, but to use the term "Express" is highly misleading.

   I tend to avoid as always have low stock of milk in evenings. Staff not very helpful if you can't find something and the ailes always blocked by trolleys

   Vegan options in the meal deal section are completely out of stock a good proportion of the time, rarely anybody working the tills, and on multiple occasions staff have blocked off aisles with trolleys whilst "stocking the shelves" (stood around chatting).

   Staff are minimal so you can expect a long wait as there's usually only one 1 on the till. If anything goes wrong on the multiple self service till like a reduced sticker scanning at full price then dont expect any help from the till girl except for an overly emotional speech of "I'm kind of busy here!" and leaving you to ask the security guard to come over and correct it. Also they are due to shut at 11pm but they shut the doors at 10:53 and refuse to let anyone else in
